By using Neaflow (https://Neaflow.com), you agree to abide by the following terms of service;

Neaflow has the right to update these terms and conditions anytime.

1.

In order to interact on Neaflow, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Neaflow immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Neaflow will not be liable for any losses or changes caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

2.

If any person on Neaflow is harassing you or has harrased you on Neaflow, or is otherwise preforming illegal/unlawful acts upon or bullying yourself or anyone else, it is not the fault of Neaflow. Please report any account that harrases you or anyone else to admin@neaflow.com (email), and we will do our best to make the situation right, but we reserve the right to decline any request of action.

Neaflow reserves the right to terminate/block any account, email address, or IP address linked to a Neaflow account at our discretion including, but not limited to accounts linked to the dealing of illegal, substances, pornography on Neaflow, any bullying, any racism, sexism or any hate speech directed at one person/group of people on Neaflow, spreading any harmful computer programs/code, and Illegaly obtaining someones home internet protocol (IP) address, home address, email address, phone number, or any other personal material and spreading it on Neaflow.

Any pornography/links to pornography posts must be set to friends only, and cannot be sent to anyone that is not on your Neaflow friends list. With that in mind, please keep your internet safety in mind, and we advise you do not accept friend request from anyone you do not know.

5.

By spreading/posting pirated/copyrighted material not owned by yourself/ without getting full permission from the copyright holder, you are liable to any damages, and Neaflow has the right to ban any account doing this.

6.

Any account caught setting up a bot for malicious/nefarious use, including, but not limited to phishing personal details, will be immediately banned.

7.

The Service allows you to connect with others and share content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos. You are responsible for the content you post on the Service and for any consequences that may result from it. By using the Service, you agree to the following:

• You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, racist, or that contains nudity, graphic or gratuitous violence.
• You will not use the Service to do anything illegal or malicious, or to promote illegal or malicious activities.
• You will not harass or bully other users.
• You will not spam or use the Service for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Neaflow.
• You will not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, Neaflow's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Neaflow's providers.

Neaflow has the right to terminate any account that has not been logged into for over 1 year (365 days) (8760 hours) (525600 minutes) (31536000 seconds) (31536000000 milliseconds)

The Neaflow logo, Neaflow website, and any other non-user published works found on Neaflow are the property of Neaflow, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on the Service for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Neaflow.

10.

All content in the form of video and photo published by other Neaflow users are owned by the copyright holders, weather it be the users, Neaflow, or any other third party entity. If you do not own any piece of content such as photo or video, you must give credit to the copyright owner, if required by the copyright owner to do so. Some content published on Neaflow may also be copyrighted to the poster of the content. Please check with the poster of the content if you want to use any works that they published on Neaflow.

11.

The Service (Neaflow) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neaflow makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on Neaflow. The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Neaflow, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Neaflow and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13.

The failure of Neaflow to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.

Neaflow (The company) is not responsible for any content uploaded to the network, weather it be in chat, in a post, or any other way of uploading files to Neaflow.

15.

If you have been or are banned on Neaflow, you will not get unbanned. Creating more Neaflow account(s) after getting banned on Neaflow is not allowed.

If the Neaflow invitation system is turned on and you invite someone who proceeds to violate the terms of service on Neaflow and gets banned, you risk also getting your neaflow account banned.

17.

Spamming content on Neaflow without full permission from the site owner is not allowed on Neaflow, and is punishable by ban. Please do not spam posts, articles, or any other form of posting on Neaflow, or you risk a getting banned.

18.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neaflow and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Neaflow.
